And it excludes baby & toddler apparel, Fan Central, Shoes and accessories.

One of the nice things about this cartwheel is that it does not exclude basics, so this means you can use it on socks and underwear and even thermals. Keep an eye out for quite a bit of c9 Kids underwear, socks and thermal sets that might be great to pick up now a size up for the next winter.
