Looking for a great casserole recipe that can be on the table in less than 30 minutes? Michelle has a super easy and delicious recipe for Mexican Pasta bake. Made with chorizo, seasoned black beans and a few other ingredients, prep time only takes about 10 minutes.

Once assembled it gets covered with a layer of cheese and baked for about 15 minutes. Once the cheese is melted, garnish with fresh cilantro, chopped tomatoes, black olives and green onions. Salisbury Steak makes for a hearty dinner on a busy weeknight and is super easy to make. This recipe will only take about about 10 minutes of prep time and 30 minutes of cook time.
