Looking for a great idea for an after school snack or to pack in a lunch box? Peanut butter & jelly protein energy bites are easy to make and only require a few ingredients. Once made pop them in the freezer for an hour and then store in the fridge for up to a week.

You can swap out flavors of preserves if you wish, and these also make for a great breakfast/snack for on the go. You can check out the complete recipe along with instructions on the post HERE.
