This nice coupon can be stacked with our in-ad Target coupon for $10/$40+ Household purchase x3/10 (Or Text CLEAN to 827438 or find in the Target app).  If you really want to stock up big, the best deal I found to be was to purchase 3 value packs to get the cost around 13 cents per bag….
