Mother’s Day is next weekend, and if you are looking for an easy dessert idea that is also impressive,  you might want to check out Ashley’s recipe for fruit pizza! It all starts with a sugar cookie dough base which gets covered with a luscious Cream Cheese topping. Then, colorful fruit is added – strawberries, kiwis, blueberries – whatever fruit you like to make it look as good as it tastes.
