In case you were wondering, your purchase qualifies after automatic Target Circle deals are applied but before other discounts and coupons. Qualifying purchases exclude alcohol, Target GiftCards, Visa, American Express and Mastercard gift cards/prepaid cards, CVS pharmacy, clinic, and Target Optical.
