If you choose to get a reloadable RedCard, you will need to successfully register online for a new account, activate your permanent card once you receive it, and then complete a $50 Transaction at Target within 45 days of registration. A statement credit will then be posted to your account within 30 days. (Note the $50 must be spent in one transaction).
