The second Ulta Beauty Steal is to save 50% on Sunday Riley C.E.O. Glow Face Oil both in stores and online. Regularly priced at $40, today only it is priced at just $20. This highly rated face oil is currently showing out of stock for shipping for me, but I would keep a close eye out for it to come back in stock.
