Thru September 17th, Target is having 21 Days of Ulta Beauty Deals, with savings of 50% on different products every day both in-stores and online at Target.com. We’ve had some great Ulta Target deals and steals this past week, and have more great ones coming!
While you can shop both in stores and online, there will also be some special online only deals as well! If you are shopping online, prices are as marked, but you may have to choose FREE store pick-up (where available) as some items will only ship with orders of $25 or more.

This popular mascara is regularly priced at $24, so only $12 today. If you aren’t familiar, this mascara has a flake-free, smudge-proof longwear formula to volumize, lengthen & curl.
